Nimitz Elementary PTA

During Book Fair, Nimitz partners with Scholastic to bring a special book sale that will excite students and families about the joy of reading!

In addition to offering the newest books and educational materials, Book Fair raises funds that provide essential classroom resources and support important school projects. The fair is organized by the PTA and staffed entirely by school volunteers.

 

At Book Fair, teachers, parents, and kids can choose from the best and newest books from more than 150 publishers. 

 

You'll find:

 

• Paperback editions of the books kids want to read

• Hardcover books that make wonderful gifts

• Educational, skill-building software that's fun

• Popular series for all ages and reading levels

• Interactive products from Tangerine Press™ that combine play & learning

• Kids Are Authors Prize Winners — books written by kids for kids and published by Scholastic Inc.

This year will be different than previous years.  We are working to continue our events and build community, while supporting social distancing and virtual options. We'd love to hear your thoughts and ideas!
